Wednesday morning. good morning. explorers and 5 older scouts left at 0715 for the new forest and just 10 scouts left on site. ( 6 on Brownsea).
wow it is peacefull. Now how does the song go.... "Silence is golden...."

Yet more Explorer revision time!
Another Flat Tide. Boats anchored up. Explorers revising and scouts are playing a wide game.

I, er, really don't know how to caption this one!
Kids have been building stuff, mainly clothes lines, tables, etc - however, the explorers are particularly proud of the hot shower they have built (the bottles are empty ginger beer ones, in case you were wondering)
Patrols are lighting their fires, ready for cooking get tea...
We have been swimming . but need we say more about this picture ? ! ! !
